About Turtle River Rafting Company
 

We are a small family owned and operated business. We fell in love with rafting as customers of Turtle River over a decade ago. Our lives have been transformed by rafting and the opportunity for experiencing nature it offers. Because we are an experienced rafting family of seven we are uniquely qualified to meets the needs of all our guests, from young children the the most die hard adrenaline junkies.

Pat is head guide in all areas of his life! He has guided and rafted internationally and all over California rivers. When he's not guiding rivers he's hurtling himself downhill on one of his collection of racing dirt bikes. Lynn is an obsessive organizer and planner. She is passionate about homeschooling and gardening. She loves rafting because it gives her uninterrupted, focussed, fun outdoor time with her family, with nothing else to do! Morgan is now 17 and making headlines as a freestyle kayaker. Here is a link to her COMIC about her adventures.
indigo tidd ruby tidd elias tidd
Indigo, 16 is an art student and a camp counselor at a naturalist camp in Washington. Ruby is 9. She is a budding guide and kayaker and a passionate environmentalist. Elias is 4 and has perfected the art of catch and release of tiny baby frogs along the Lower Klamath.

Ray is now 23 and immersed in urban life in the bay area, but he comes rafting with us a few time a year.
