Lower Klamath River
Join us for a unique river adventure
on the National Wild & Scenic Klamath River
Cascading out of the mountains of southern Oregon, the Klamath River runs free for over 200 miles through the Siskiyou mountains of northern California. Beginning near the historic mining town of Happy Camp, the Lower Klamath is our most popular rafting trip. With its combination of whitewater, wildlife, and fabulous mountain scenery, the Klamath River is a perfect summer vacation.
On overnight trips we add an extra raft to carry all of our food and equipment. Each evening you’ll camp on a large, secluded beach. We’ll prepare a delicious meal, tell stories by the campfire, and settle in for a night under the stars. A highlight of each trip is a visit to Ukonom Falls.

For those on a shorter schedule, we have 1-day trips available. Whether for one day or five, you’ll want to return year after year to play in the warm waters, soak up the summer sun, and enjoy this remote mountain river.

“Since this was our first whitewater river trip we have nothing to compare it to. I can only say that our expectations were met and exceeded by a wide margin. This, without question, will be the measure of future trips for a long time. Thank you so much.” – Paul & Matthew
