Women's Yoga Retreat
June 19-22, 2008
|
Amy Cooper leads this special Women's Yoga Retreat
in California on the Klamath River. We will spend four
inspiring and rejuvenating days & three nights on
the river, opening up and settling into the vast and
reflective beauty of nature. Our days will be a blend
of early morning and late afternoon yoga/meditation,
lots of time on the river enjoying nature and sharing
delicious vegetarian meals. The Klamath offers a combination
of exciting rapids, gentle stretches of warm water for
swimming, wild mountain scenery, diverse wildlife and
beautiful camping on secluded, sandy beaches.
Joining Amy are the women river guides from Turtle River
Rafting Company. So we can have time to let go, relax
and enjoy the peace of the river, our guides will take
care of all the daily meal preparation and packing our
gear on the rafts. And, of course, sharing their knowledge
and appreciation for the Klamath River wilderness. |
