The Klamath's largest tributary, the Trinity River, forms
the southern boundary to the rugged Salmon-Trinity mountains.
Located in a wooded canyon west of historic Weaverville,
it flows through a region long revered for its scenic beauty.
Easily accessible and a welcome alternative to the
crowded American River, it is fast becoming one of our more
popular summer trips. With many Class 2 & 3 rapids, the
Trinity is ideal for summer rafting and inflatable kayaking
-- warm days and a cool flowing river. A day of whitewater
rafting is the perfect complement to camping in the backcountry,
exploring old mining towns, or fishing the lakes and streams
of the Trinity Alps.
Testimonial -
"I thought I was too old to laugh and play like a child.
My whitewater rafting trip down the Trinity river changed
all that. From my call for reservations with Shelby to the
rafting trip with Ben I have never been treated so special.
His knowledge of the river and joy in what we did was contagious.
I am still talking about my trip to whoever will listen.
Thank you." - Frankie
